Anyway, you need to set it up so that OBS runs on the same graphics which is the graphics you want to capture. Systems with dual brands of graphics like yours have some sort of control panel for which type of graphics is used when you start particular programs. You were fairly close when you said you thought it was some 3D setting. I believe you are encountering a common problem with OBS Studio on such hardware, and there are various answers you can find searching the web about how to deal with it. But you have a Dell not a NUC, and it appears that you have a laptop which has more than one type of graphics (both Intel and Radeon). I am not from Intel nor am I a support person.
